As a father, I will add to your profound point by sharing that my two boys teach me about life every day.
With regard to contentment, they teach me that the present moment is everything and that there is happiness to be found in the smallest of things...

Words of wisdom are not the sole property of any religion or single person, they are immutable and being thus they endure for the duration of existence, just as Truth and Love, Wisdom is the cause and result of itself.
